Anthony David Gonzalez played American football for 17 years as a tight-end in the National Football League. As one of football's greatest tight ends Anthony David Gonzalez is also the NFL leader of receiving yards from tight ends and is third in total receptions.
Tony Gonzalez, former All-Pro tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs as well as Atlanta Falcons, is currently employed at FOX's Studio. Gonzalez was anchoring FOX NFL KICKOFF and FOX NFL KICKOFF. FOX NFL KICKOFF is FOX NFL's pregame show that airs prior to FOX NFLSUNDAY. It airs at 11:45 am ET on Sundays during NFL season.
Gonzalez was released by the Falcons on March 15, 2013, for a deal of $14 million for two years. He did this even though he claimed that he was retiring at the close of the season. Randy Moss retiring, Gonzalez's 37th season marked his final as NFL receiving yard leader.
